The homes are well fitted with all the modern conveniences but with their cycladic architecture give a feel of Greek tradition. Each property has its own private swimming pool and spacious well furnished outdoor areas with BBQ and dining tables to take advantage of the Greek summer weather and warm nights. There is a remote operated gate with secure parking for 6 cars and pleasant garden surrounds. There is a regular bus which runs every 30 mins in the summer from various spots along Plaka beach to town. In the total the properties accommodate 21 guests (plus infant cots if requested).
At Plaka Villas, we have two accommodation options. Each home has been carefully designed to ensure our guests have everything they need during their stay.
SOFIA
Designed with your convenience in mind, Sofia provides you with suitable features and amenities for an enjoyable stay at Plaka Villas. Villa Sofia can sleep seven guests comfortably. There are three bathrooms one for each of the beautifully decorated bedrooms. There is also and outdoor shower. Villa Sofia has an open plan kitchen adjourning the lounge/ TV games room complete with board games. This opens out through the balcony door to the outdoor area, private pool and patio with outdoor furnishings and gas BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. On the common upstairs balcony there is an outdoor hot tub where you can sit and watch the sunset over the Aegean Sea. Plaka beach and all it has to offer as far as beaches, restaurants and bars is an easy 11- minute walk. The ideal place for your stay.

MATINA
Villa Matina comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin room, and additional sofa bed and infant cot options. It features3 bathrooms, an outdoor shower by the pool, and various outdoor dining areas with furnishings and a gas BBQ Enjoy the open-plan kitchen, lounge, and rooftop hot tub with and sea views. Just a short walk to Plaka Beach, restaurants, and waters, it's ideal for large families or groups.
